Zinc finger, AN1 and A20 type
Description
PFAM: | The AN1-type zinc finger domain has a dimetal (zinc)-bound alpha/beta fold. Certain stress-associated proteins contain the AN1 domain, often in combination with A20 zinc finger domains or C2H2 domains. |
